Fully Automated Disc Filter Cleaning

Purofiltec's Robotic Disc Filter Cleaning System is an advanced automated solution designed for cleaning metallic disc filters used in polymer melt filtration. The system combines robotic handling, high-pressure hydro-air backwash cleaning, and external pressurized water jet cleaning to deliver consistent, repeatable, and completely unattended cleaning.

Unlike conventional cleaning methods, the system automatically picks individual disc filters from a loading tray, performs a complete internal and external cleaning cycle, and places the cleaned disc into the unloading tray without any manual intervention.

Designed for modern polymer processing plants, the robotic system improves cleaning quality, reduces labor requirements, minimizes handling damage, and increases overall maintenance efficiency.
